This website gives a general account of our company and what we do. Regulatory requirements depend on the goods, the route, the parties and the facts of each shipment, and they change. Nothing here is legal, tax or regulatory advice, and a page describing a category is not a determination about your product.

Enquiries and services

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, appoint us as your agent, or confirm that a shipment can be accepted. Work begins only once the parties, scope, documents, charges and terms have been agreed in writing. Where we describe licences we hold, those licences are held by the entity named alongside them, and the entity that will act on your shipment is identified before anything is booked.

Content and trade marks

The text, images, illustrations and page designs on this website belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied or republished for commercial purposes without our consent. Company names and logos belonging to other organisations remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance on this site indicates a working relationship, not an endorsement by them of this website or its contents.

Images on this site

A substantial part of the photography on this site is illustration produced with generative AI tools. This is not incidental and we would rather say it plainly than leave it to be noticed: the pictures heading our service pages, our regulated-cargo pages and our case studies were generated, not taken. They stand for the kind of consignment or operation the page describes. They are not a particular warehouse, a particular aircraft, a particular shipment or a particular customer, and no person shown in them is a real person.

The rest are photographs — of our premises, our people, our certificates and consignments we have handled. Where a picture is a record of a real consignment, it carries a caption saying what it is; a picture without such a caption should not be read as evidence of a specific job. In every case the statement being made is the text. If a page and a picture ever seem to say different things, the text is what we stand behind.

Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, harvest contact details from it for bulk messaging, or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Links to other sites

Where we link to an external site, we do so because it was useful at the time. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Responsibility

We take reasonable care in preparing what appears here, but we do not promise that every page is complete, current or suitable for a particular shipment. To the extent permitted by law, decisions should not be taken on the basis of this website alone without confirming the current requirements with us or with another qualified adviser.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of the use of this website, are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People’s Republic of China. Such a dispute is to be submitted to the People’s Court having jurisdiction at the place where our company is domiciled.

That applies to the website. The law governing a shipment is settled in the contract for that shipment, together with the terms of carriage and the parties to it, and nothing on this page displaces it.

Where the law of your own country gives you protections that cannot be set aside by an agreement of this kind, those protections continue to apply to you.

These terms apply as published on the date shown above. We may revise them, and the revised version applies from the date it appears here.
