Since 2013, our Beijing team has handled customs, regulatory approvals and international logistics for complex cargo entering China.
How we are organised
Chinese licensing is grantedper entity and per category —no single entity canhold them all.
Harvest An Tai operates together with a small group of affiliated companies under common ownership and control. Each holds the licences for a specific regulated category. This is why your contract may be with Harvest An Tai while the declaration for a given category is made by the affiliate that holds the relevant licence. We name the holding entity against every licence, and we confirm which one applies before you ship.
Where we act as importer of record, the compliance liability is ours and stays ours through any later audit. We identify a difficult category before shipment, answer customs enquiries ourselves, and say where a category falls outside our experience.

About 200 consignments cleared without charge
In the 2020 COVID-19 emergency we volunteered the work we know best — declaration, clearance and urgent cargo coordination — so donated protective equipment reached frontline organisations. It came from foundations and overseas Chinese associations in Australia, Canada, the United States, Japan, Korea, Russia and Ecuador.
